Do I need a referral letter from my GP?

Yes, this letter will be full of valuable information in the form of your medical history which will help enable Mr Bajekal to diagnose your condition. It is also a legal requirement that we hold a referral letter for you. You can either bring this along with you or arrange for it to be faxed to 020 8447 1404 or emailed to Bajekalsec@aol.com.

How do I make an appointment to see Mr Bajekal?

Mr Bajekal has clinics at 3 private hospitals. The details are as follows:-

I already have MRI scans should I bring these with me?

Yes to all consultations as these are a very important diagnostic tool and Mr Bajekal will need to refer to these often.

I take a lot of medications does Mr Bajekal need to know about these?

It would be most helpful if you could bring a list of medications and doses that you take regularly.

I am privately insured by I have an excess how will I pay this?

We will invoice the insurance company directly and then will invoice you for the shortfall following payment/notification from them

I am not insured how much will this cost me?

I am in terrible pain will Mr Bajekal be treating me at the consultation?

No, a consultation is just that and although we will endeavour to expedite all tests and further treatment he will not be able to ‘cure’ you on the first consultation.

I have had my MRI scan what now?

Please make a follow up appointment to see Mr Bajekal and remember to bring your films with you to the consultation.
